Jen brings a wealth of life experience in addition to her clinical training as it supports her natural passion to be an advocate of healing for those who have difficult life challenges. She facilitates healing and growth with clients through creating a safe, nurturing environment to explore and discover healthy perceptions of self and relationships, so they can come to know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe. Many clients and associates genuinely comment on her presence being warm, inviting, calming, and uplifting.
Jen enjoys working with various clients of all ages and backgrounds. As a mother of 8, she specializes in parenting challenges, family dynamics, and relationships of all kinds. She is skilled in teaching and executing healthy boundaries, with an added measure of care for sensitive and hurting individuals. She has experience working with teens and adults burdened with an injured self-image. Jen is continually increasing her knowledge of anxiety disorders and is also seeking training in EFT.
