Mark is currently finishing his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Argosy University. Mark has been working in Human Resources & Talent Acquisition for the last 18 years and is using his wealth of experience in that area to add to his experiences as a counselor.
Mark is passionate about working with families and young adults to help them overcome current obstacles they are facing. He will help each person meeting with him to find healing and their purpose. Mark has spent years being mentors and working with adult men in group work through his faith based organization. Working in this setting only fueled Mark’s passion to become a counselor. Mark was adopted at a young age and has been able to use that experience to mentor others and add to his ability to connect with others who have experienced a similar situation. Mark has a myriad of life and work experience that is helpeing him to become an excellent counselor. Mark currently works with general men’s issues, anxiety, sexually additive behaviors, and self-esteem. Along with being passionate about helping others through therapy, Mark is also passionate about his family, traveling, sporting events, exercising/fitness, reading/learning, and date nights with his wife. He also loves spending time with his wife, step-son, two daughters and pets. His step-son currently attends University of Arizona and doing amazing. While his daughters are currently in elementary school, enjoying each of their own active lives. His two dogs live the good life, plenty of food, attention and rest.
