This group experience will provide the basics for young men who have pornography or other sexual compulsions. It is similar to the adult LifeSTAR program. Concepts of addiction of using tools for sobriety will be taught. Materials are included. We recommend that families have a primary therapist while attending the course. Parents will also be expected to learn and participate in parent meetings with some homework.

LifeSTAR — Phase One

This six-week workshop will provide the basics for getting started in recovery for pornography and sexual addiction. It is the first phase of the LifeSTAR program. Concepts of addiction development and application of the tools for sobriety will be taught. It is appropriate for both single men and couples. Workbooks and materials are included. You must pre-register on our website to attend. It is highly recommended that participants have a primary therapist while attending the course.
