As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am honored to support individuals as they work toward healing and emotional balance. I know how much courage it takes to ask for and receive help. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where that feels possible.

I bring over 15 years of clinical experience and take a holistic, individualized approach to therapy. I am trained in many modalities including Level I and Level II EMDR as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy and specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma or simply feel stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally reactive. I frequently work with clients experiencing PTSD, including those who may not recognize it but know they feel isolated, low or disconnected.

I also have a special interest in supporting individuals who have experienced religious abuse or neglect, loss of community, and spiritual injury and who are seeking to redefine their beliefs in a way that feels authentic and healing to him or her. I believe that speaking our struggles aloud in a neutral, non-judgmental environment does not trap us in them — it creates space for understanding, integration, and relief.

On a personal note, I am the mother of four adult children and a grandmother to three. I enjoy traveling, reading, spending time with loved ones and laughing whenever possible!
