Areas of Specialty:

For over 20 years, I’ve had a front-row seat to some of life’s hardest moments. I’ve sat with people in the middle of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship pain—and I’ve learned that even in those places, people are stronger than they think. My role is simple: to meet you there with honesty, steadiness, and a belief that things can get better.

A big part of my work is helping individuals and couples navigate problematic sexual behaviors, including addiction, and the impact of betrayal. These are the kinds of struggles people often carry quietly, wrapped in shame or confusion. You don’t have to do that here. I create a space where you can talk about what’s real, begin to understand it, and take meaningful steps toward rebuilding trust—both in yourself and in your relationships.

I also enjoy working beyond the therapy room—offering consultation, workshops, and trainings for individuals and organizations who want to grow in emotional health and stronger connection.

Family is the center of my life and the foundation of my work. My husband and I have been married for 36 years and have raised two children together. These days, we’re soaking up the joy of being grandparents to a lively three-year-old granddaughter—with a grandson on the way. That love of family and connection keeps me grounded and shapes how I show up for the people I work with every day.
