I believe life’s most difficult seasons can also be powerful turning points—opportunities for healing, growth, and deeper self-awareness. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your story, uncover your strengths, and move toward a life that aligns with your values and sense of purpose. I offer both gentle support and practical guidance to help you navigate whatever challenges you may be facing.
I'm passionate about walking alongside individuals through experiences of trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth. My specialties include trauma recovery, grief and bereavement, maternal and women’s mental health (including perinatal, infertility, & reproductive loss), and working with veterans and first responders. I bring a warm, individualized and eclectic approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) to support trauma processing and emotional healing.
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Emphasis in Trauma, as well as a Master of Public Health from Grand Canyon University. I am committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursue advanced training and collaboration to stay current and deepen my therapeutic work.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy reading, watching baseball, and spending time with my husband and our two cats. I look forward to supporting you on your path toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. I invite you to take the first step—whenever you're ready.
