I believe life's challenges can be overwhelming, and seeking guidance is a courageous step towards positive change. Through my own experiences with trauma, I have healed and developed a passion for helping others. My goal is to empower you to navigate life's complexities, discover your strengths, and cultivate resilience.

I am currently working on my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Emphasis in Trauma from Grand Canyon University and will graduate in the fall of 2024.

I enjoy spending time with my husband, my stepdaughter, and our two cats in my off time. I also love to read, sing with the worship team at my local church, and watch the Diamondbacks play.
