Appointment cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full agreed-upon fee for the session. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment (that you have not called to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the appointment) you will be charged the full fee for the session. You are responsible for keeping track of and attending your sessions.

SMS Appointment Reminder Program

Family Strategies offers an optional SMS (text messaging) service to help clients stay informed about upcoming appointments.

By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive appointment reminders, scheduling notifications, and related service communications from Family Strategies.

These messages are intended solely to support the delivery of care and improve communication regarding your scheduled appointments.

Message frequency may vary depending on your appointment schedule.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.


Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time.

To stop receiving SMS appointment reminders, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from our office unless you re-enroll.
